Ideal Sectors, as part of a sustainable and equitable urban fabric, provide their residents with open access to basic services and resources, as well as to social, cultural and economic assets, and to knowledge, learning, and basic rights. The principle of Open Access addresses in particular the needs of others‘: minorities and disadvantaged groups such as women, the elderly, children, and other fragile’ sections of society.
